Malaysian Beef Serunding

Serunding is the most popular instant food especially in fasting month. Serunding can be serve anytime for breakfast, lunch & dinner.It can be serv with rice, bread or anything even as a snack.


How does it being cooked?

1.Leave beef into the boiler and heat it for about 5 HOURS.

2. take out and tore the beef/chicken/fish into small pieces.

3. Cooked with coconut milk mixed with spicy asian ingrediant

4. Cooked process will be in about 5 HOURS until the SERUNDING is dried.


All the above process is hand made, manually. Dried Serunding will last for about more than 6 month before expired.
